Four hyper-modern, individual and exclusive production lines have been installed, which are capable of producing 15,000 pizzas an hour. The new production facility, which includes exhibition areas and a canteen, has a staff of 40 people.
Mekkafood is also launching its latest products: the Lahmacun and the mincemeat-filled Pide. Lahmacun, also known as Turkish pizza, is a typical regional dish from Anatolia. It has a thin, flat doughy base, which is crisply baked and covered in a spicy ragout made from meat, onions and tomato sauce. Lahmacun comes in a pack of three, at 150g each.
