The new additions are a Mango Juice, which is pressed from Magdalena River variety mangos grown in the Colombian Andes, and an English Elderflower Drink made from wild Elderflowers handpicked from local Sussex bushes before being infused with Timperley Early rhubarb juice from Norfolk and Femminello lemon juice from Sicily.
The range, which is available principally in farm shops, delis, cafes, hotels and bars, now comprises eight varieties, each of which uses 100% pure, not-from-concentrate juice and contain no preservatives or additives.
It’s available in 12x single-serve 25cl glass bottles.
Metro Drinks’ founder and MD Paul Bendit said: “We have extended the Folkington’s range of juices to include both Mango and Elderflower as we believe that, increasingly, these are seen as mainstream choices by our consumers. We also place great emphasis on sourcing our fruit from the UK where possible, and in our commitment to provenance we source our fruits from the same growers each year to ensure we adopt a sustainable approach and maintain the high quality of our products.”
