US dessert company Milk Bar has announced the launch of its third grocery offering, ice cream pints.
Taking inspiration from the recipes of signature Milk Bar offerings, the new ice cream line features four flavours.
Birthday Cake combines ribbons of frosting and ‘birthday crumbs’ with birthday cake-flavoured ice cream, while Cereal Milk pairs a salty-sweet cornflake crunch with a cereal milk ice cream base.
Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmallow offers a combination of cornflake crunch, chocolate chunks and marshmallow swirls in cookie dough ice cream.
Meanwhile, Milk Bar Pie features vanilla ice cream swirled with a gooey butter filling and toasted oat crumble.
Christina Tosi, chef and founder of Milk Bar, said: “We toiled and tinkered, taking our favourite flavour profiles and imagining them through ice cream bases, swirls, gobs, fudges, frostings, crumbs and crunches to create our proudest on-shelf creation yet.
“Our ice creams are meant for the unapologetically indulgent moments and mean serious business, no two are alike. “
The new ice cream pints are available at Whole Foods Market stores across the US, and will roll out to additional retailers later this summer.
