Mondelēz Australia has launched a limited-edition line of Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate with pieces of potato crisps.
The chocolate is available in two variants: with Kettle Sea Salt potato chips or with CC’s Original corn chips.
Mondelēz said that the products are the “perfect match to complement the smooth and creamy flavours of Cadbury Dairy Milk”.
The launch is timed to coincide with the beginning of the Australian Football League Season.
The new flavours are available in 190g blocks in Coles, Woolworths and independent retailers across Australia for a limited time.
In 2015 Mondelēz expanded its Cadbury range in Australia with the launch of Dairy Milk chocolate mixed with the popular Australian spread Vegemite.
Last year Mondelēz revealed it would invest AUD 75 million ($59 million) in its Cadbury Claremont plant in Australia, alongside a series of cost-cutting measures resulting in 50 job losses.
The job cuts are said to be due to rising costs and increased competition.
