Montgomery Spring Water has become the newest member of the Natural Hydration Council (NHC).
Montgomery Spring operates brands including Aqua Roma, AquaVit and Celtic Spring. It has now joined NHC, which represents the interests of more than half of the UK’s bottled water category by raising awareness of the importance of healthy hydration among policy makers, the media and other stakeholders through scientific evidence and independent research.
NHC members are all producers of naturally sourced water, and include companies such as Danone Water, Highland Spring and Nestlé Waters.
Montgomery Spring commercial director Andy McAdam said: “Montgomery Spring is very pleased to be joining the Natural Hydration Council. As one of the UK’s largest producers of bottled mineral waters, we are delighted to be part of an organisation uniquely dedicated to the promotion and advancement of our category.”
NHC general manager Kinvara Carey added: “We are very pleased to welcome Montgomery Spring to the NHC and look forward to working closely with them. We are very proud of the work we have done so far to communicate how good hydration habits can positively impact the nation’s health, and we know that by continuing to increase support from our membership, we can have an even greater impact.”
