Officially released at the Institute of Food Technologists’ (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo, Mouvex’s Product Recovery Initiative provides manufacturers with a suite of market-specific tools that have been designed to increase knowledge and highlight the cost-saving potential of Mouvex Product Recovery Technology.
The product recovery programme also includes a new website available in multiple languages, which includes instructional videos, brochures, blog articles and other sales tools.
“The attendees at IFT were very impressed with the Product Recovery benefits that can be obtained by using Mouvex eccentric disc pumps,” said Carrie Halle, PSG marketing director, Americas. “During the show, many attendees witnessed the unique Demo Unit from Mouvex that easily shows how manufacturers can save money and recover product from the piping thanks to our technology.”
In the food and beverage industry, ‘product recovery’ is a term that refers to the high utilisation (or yield) of products while substantially eliminating waste – and thereby increasing profits – that would otherwise remain in suction or discharge process lines during changeovers or at the end of production runs.
