Müllerlight Natural has gone on sale in a single 175g format and as well as packs of six.
Müller has launched its first range of natural yogurt in the UK, as it continues to move into parts of the yogurt category where it has been absent.
Müllerlight Natural and Müllerlight Greek Style Natural are rolling out this month. Both are fat-free and have no added sugar.
The launch will be supported by an ongoing Müllerlight multimedia campaign, featuring brand ambassador, athlete Katarina Johnson-Thompson.
Michael Inpong, Müller chief marketing officer, said: “We’ll grow the category by bringing Müllerlight into a segment where it has been absent. Whether eaten on its own, or with fruit, nuts, or granola, we think this product will appeal to everyone, especially those following various weight management programmes.
Both new yogurts are fat-free and have no added sugar.
“It’s another exciting milestone for us as we continue to inspire people to live happier and healthier lifestyles. It is not only natural and delicious, but it’s fat-free, high in protein, contains 0% added sugar and is made with British milk.”
Müllerlight Greek Style Natural is going on sale in a 450g ‘big pot’ with a recommended retail price of £1.60.
Meanwhile, Müllerlight Natural is sold in a single 175g format (RRP £0.75) and as well as packs of six for with a RRP of £4.09.
Last month, Müller released Müllerlight Amore, an Italian-inspired luxury yogurt range, available in three flavours.
Following the development of a new yogurt culture and recipes, the dairy company is also removing all added sugar from its core Müllerlight yogurt portfolio in May 2019, reducing the total sugar content by up to 28%.
