Los Angeles-based drinks brand, Neuro, has launched a new digestive beverage called Probucha – derived from ‘probiotics’ and ‘kombucha’.
The shelf-stable drink is lightly carbonated with natural flavouring, including meyer lemon and ginger to aid digestion. Its probiotic benefits are derived from a single ingredient called Bacillus subtilis which makes it safe to store at room temperature.
Alongside the aforementioned ingredients, the drink also contains curcumin, apple cider vinegar and fermented kombucha tea, which have been known to play a role in digestive health.
“We are delighted to be launching Probucha online and in stores nationwide,” said Neuro Brands CEO Diana Jenkins.
She continued: “Probucha is an amazing addition to our growing line of drinks, each meeting a unique need for our customers. Probucha is a truly unique product that was formulated to give our customers a wonderful aid to their digestive health while actually tasting great.”
Probucha will join Neuro’s line of vegan, gluten-free and low-calorie drinks including Sonic, Bliss, Sleep and Aqua.
Neuro’s Probucha is available now online and in Walmart stores across the US, with more retail locations to be announced.
