Mark Muncey, sales and marketing director at Furniss, said: “The new Gingers range represents a new direction for the Furniss brand. While retaining the 125-year history and heritage associated with our gifting biscuits, this new range appeals to a completely new audience and fills an important gap in the market.”
There will be four variants: Original, Spiced Lemon, Blossom Honey and Dark Chocolate. All will be packaged in a plastic tray and sold in 160g packs at RRP £1.49 (trade list price £13.40 for 12).
Furniss enlisted the help of designer Reseigh Fooks to help spice up the brand.
