British brand Niche has unveiled its new coffee grinder which has ‘infinite’ grind size control and is the ‘quietest grinder available’.
Called the Niche Zero Grinder, the product is designed to ensure that no grind is retained to keep each brew fresh.
The size control also allows consumers to deliver the perfect consistency for their tastes, from espresso to French press.
The grinder is the result of four years of technical engineering and development, with over 30 prototypes produced.
Niche’s CEO Martin Nicholson is a designer with over 30 years of industry and design experience, having worked with companies such as Kenwood, Phillips and Braun. Using his expertise, he developed the Niche Zero to improve the quality of ground coffee, ensuring that every bean is precisely and quietly ground.
“Having worked in the industry for 30 years, I wanted to design and produce a revolutionary coffee product,” he said.
“My love for getting the best taste in coffee, combined with my research into what makes the best brew, made the Niche Zero Grinder an obvious project.
“Our revolutionary Niche Zero Grinder retains virtually zero grind, guaranteeing you the freshest possible coffee. Not only that, but we have managed to design a coffee grinder that is better looking, saves you money and coffee long term, and is quieter and easier to use. We look forward to helping everyone make better tasting coffee.”
The grinder is available in the UK for pre-order in white or black variants, costing £385.
