US breakfast brand Peace Cereal has announced the launch of a new range of cereal flavours, as well as an expansion into the granola category.
The brand will debut two new USDA-Certified Organic cereals – purple corn flakes made using purple corn, and raisin bran – plus five new non-GMO granolas including coconut craze, honey flax, French vanilla, maple pecan, and lastly fruit, seed and nut muesli.
In addition, Peace Cereal will debut its new Quick & Clear bevelled edge cartons, an innovative packaging approach that makes it easier for consumers to clearly spot the benefits found in the products, such as certifications and key product attributes.
The new cereal and granola offerings are part of the brand’s family of better-for-you products and align with its mission of providing healthy, great-tasting breakfast options. Each new flavour is made with the highest quality whole grains, nuts and dried fruit, while never using artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, and provides both protein and fibre.
“At the core of Peace Cereal is our commitment to making great tasting and nutritious breakfast offerings to start off everyone’s morning,” said Rob Goluba, director of marketing for brand owner Attune Foods. “We saw the growing trend in the granola sub-category and ingredients such as purple corn and coconut that we wanted to get in front of our consumers. We’re confident these new flavours will provide our valued consumers with a tasty breakfast they will feel good about eating – and look forward to having every day.”
The new Peace Cereal products are available in select natural and traditional grocers US-wide for a retail price ranging from $3.99–$4.99.
