Perky Jerky has released a ‘first-to-market’ wagyu beef jerky line in the US, which is suitable for consumers following a paleo or ketogenic diet.
Available in three flavours: Sea Salt & Pepper, Truffle & Thyme and Chimichurri, each variant features high-quality wagyu beef marinated in coconut aminos and coconut sugars.
All three new flavours are soy-free, gluten-free and contain no artificial preservatives, added nitrites or nitrates. Each flavour contains approximately 12g of protein, 2g of sugar and 220 mg or less of sodium per serving.

The Perky Jerky wagyu beef jerky line will be available nationwide from Whole Foods Market stores across the US from this month.
