There has been much concern regarding the implications of the UK’s vote to leave the European Union. However, Philippe Demarest managing director of Sutralis, food, drink and retail experts based in Rouen, France believes there is nothing to fear when the UK finally breaks away.
Phillipe believes that consumers will continue to buy added value products and that those who can differentiate will still prosper.
