The activity took place across London mainline railway stations this morning, with Powergirls teams distributing sample capsules and product information to commuters.
The new product is based on a creeping shrub that’s native to the Amazon rainforest, which produces clusters of small, bright red fruits. By preparing the seeds using traditional drying methods, GoGo Guaraná captures the energising benefits from three actives found in the seed: caffeine, theophylline and theobromine.
Thanks to fats within the seeds that slow the body’s uptake of the stimulants, the result is gentle stimulation over a period of several hours to boost energy levels and combat fatigue, without the ‘peaks and troughs’ associated with other energy products.
Each daily dosage (two capsules) contains natural levels of caffeine that are lower than that found in a single cup of coffee.
Powergirls sales manager, Caroline Garbis, said: “This is a fantastic product and a really unique offering within the market. We look forward to helping our client to raise awareness and sales and I’m sure the Monday morning commuters will appreciate the lift!”
