Rudolph Foods has expanded its Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds offering with the addition of a new limited-edition hatch chile flavour.
Popped in sunflower oil, the pork rinds are dusted with a seasoning featuring hatch chile, chilli powder and garlic flavours. The new snack offers 7g of collagen protein per serving and is low in carbohydrates.
“This flavour in particular has really allowed us to cater to the expansive and adventurous tastes of today’s consumers,” said Mark Singleton, VP of sales and marketing at Rudolph Foods.
“As a true first of its kind, it was important to us that we nailed this flavour down authentically and deliciously, balancing two of the kitchen’s strongest seasonings: chilli powder and garlic.”
With an SRP of $3.99 per bag, Limited Edition Hatch Chile Pork Rinds are available wherever Southern Recipe Small Batch pork rinds are currently sold.
