Ryvita has unveiled a new look for its range of flatbreads, Ryvita Thins.
The ‘vibrant’ new packaging features striking block colour backgrounds and clean lines that lend the Ryvita Thins line-up a much needed update. The brand hopes that the fresh look will increase standout on-shelf and help consumers to easily navigate between the five different flavours.
Ryvita said that the relaunch – from the design agency Coley Porter Bell – would be followed by ‘a new and exciting flavour’ in May.
Estefania Boerr, senior brand manager for Ryvita, said: “Here at Ryvita we believe that snacking should be pleasurable and guilt-free, not plain and painful. This inspires us to create delicious-tasting and moreish products that generate an emotional connection with the consumer.”
Ryvita has also introduced trendy pairing recommendations on pack, including putting the caramelised onion flatbreads with melted camembert or the sun-dried tomato flatbreads with a Moroccan carrot dip. The suggestions are reinforced with product imagery at the centre of every pack, and each variant is described as either ‘high in fibre’ or ‘a source of fibre’.
“Ryvita Thins are the perfect snack for pairing with delicious dips and we hope this new, vibrant packaging and recipe suggestions excite health conscious consumers and foodies,” Boerr continued.
The full five flavours are available across the UK, with the new pack design rolling out in select stores this month. The recommended retail price is £1.89.
