The Soho Juice Co has expanded its range of premium still mixers by introducing a new apple, honey and lemon flavour.
Joining the cucumber; mint; lemon and lime; and blood orange, raspberry and ginger mixers released last month, the new flavour is made for dark spirits such as rum and whisky.
The drink contains 38 calories per 200ml bottle, and can also be added to drinks such as prosecco and sprit-style long drinks to create a “refreshingly tasty” beverage.
Soho says that its range of mixers have been specifically produced for the food-service industry so bars, restaurants and pubs can provide high-quality, quick-serve mixers in an efficient manner.
The mixer is gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contains no artificial colours or flavours.
Co-founder of The Soho Juice Co, John Mullin, says: “We’ve been thrilled with the response to our first two flavours from the trade and from talking to our customers and researching the market trends, we decided to launch our third variant.
“Consumers want more interesting, fun spirit mixers, with sophisticated alternatives to standard soft drinks.
“We’ve created a brilliant new flavour and have tested it with different spirits, and while it’s flexible and can be mixed with many spirits, we found it pairs best with dark spirits.
“It’s complementary to our two other flavours and the three bottles lined up look great together.”
The Soho Juice Co bottles are available to the food-service sector in packs of 24 x 200ml bottles, with an RRP of £2.40 for each bottle.
