Spanish coffee roaster Cafés Novell has launched its range of premium coffees into the UK for the first time.
The company’s expansion will focus on launching the products in Yorkshire, the North of England and London, and is being led through a joint venture with Yorkshire-based retail and investment company Scarborough Group. The partnership has already overseen Cafés Novell’s entry to the Asian market, where it expects to operate 30 outlets by 2017.
The Barcelona-based producer is recognised for its commitment to selecting UTZ-certified coffee beans, which means that it is supporting the coffee industry’s sustainability through better farming methods and environmental impact reduction techniques.
Cafés Novell UK managing director Phil White said: “We are really excited to bring the Cafés Novell brand to the UK, growing our international reach and aiming to provide the perfect cup to our clients’ customers through our focused customer service support and training, along with our extensive range of premium quality coffee.
“The company offers coffee solutions to meet the varying needs of businesses, supplying coffee directly to hotels, restaurants and coffee shops, as well as providing coffee capsule machines to business premises. We also provide a full range of herbal teas, infusions and traditional Spanish hot chocolate.
“Our UK team has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which allows us to provide all our customers with an excellent level of service at all times. We are ready to build on the success the brand has achieved in other countries and emulate that success in the UK market.”
