US beverage company Tarukino has launched a line of six cannabis-infused drinks for consumers looking for alternative ways to consume cannabis.
Recently approved by the Washington State Liquor Control Board, Tarukino said these new products bring their ‘own unique flare to the marketplace’.
The range consists of: Happy Apple Diet, an apple juice drink; Twisted Apple, an infused sparkling beverage; Utopia, a calorie-free sparkling water flavoured with natural fruit essences; Vertus, a Champagne-style beverage; Pearl2O Mini, a flavourless beverage mixer; and Reeb, a cannabis-infused barley soda.
Tarukino CEO Howard Lee said: “With these new products, we’re here to show the industry there that, when it comes to consuming cannabis, there is a great alternative to smoking.
“These products will also show consumers and other cannabis edible makers that quality products can be made without including cannabis smell or taste.”
Based in Seattle, Washington, Tarukino produces cannabis products based on its core technology Sōrse, which is a water soluble cannabis product that produces ‘entirely taste- and odour-free cannabis emulsions for infusion of medical and recreational products’.
