The range was created in partnership with artisanal sausage producer Finnebrogue.
The gluten-free line is the first new product to be added to the Texas Joe’s range since the company’s beef jerky creation hit shelves last year.
Joe Walters pitched his beef jerky brand idea on BBC Two’s Dragons’ Den TV show in the summer of 2013. The entrepreneur plans to expand the Texas Joe’s range to include sauces, tortilla chips and root beer in the near future.
