Empire Bespoke Foods-owned Thai Taste has expanded its range of cooking and dipping sauces with the launch of a vegetarian fish sauce which is made from seaweed.
Thai Taste said that the fish sauce is an “indispensable ingredient” in food from Thailand as it can be “added to almost every dish to provide the salty element”.
It also drew attention to the health benefits of seaweed, being being rich in vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, iodine, iron, protein and vitamin C.
The fish sauce is made from natural ingredients, with no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.
Vegetarian fish sauce joins an existing range of Thai Taste cooking and dipping sauces, including an authentic fish sauce made from sardines, oyster sauce, sweet chilli dipping sauce, Sriracha hot chilli sauce, and spicy Thai BBQ sauce.
Thai Taste was founded in 2000 and works with Thai chefs to produce a range of authentic products made with fresh ingredients. It is a fully-owned brand of Empire Bespoke Foods.
