British food producer The Bay Tree has launched a range of vegan mayonnaises and sauces alongside a new line of Cocktail Preserves.
Available now in the UK in 175g jars, the vegan products include: vegan tartare sauce, vegan hollandaise, sriracha mayo or a classic vegan mayonnaise.
The Bay Tree said the plant-based alternatives have been developed as a result of ongoing customer demand for sauces “that deliver extraordinary flavour whilst satisfying dietary requirements”.
The Cocktail Preserves line will be available as of March and will consist of three variants: berry cosmopolitan, mango passion mojito and strawberry love potion preserve (featuring Prosecco, brandy, vodka and vanilla).
“We always strive to provide customers with the best possible range of versatile and flavoursome options,” said The Bay Tree founder, Emma Macdonald.
“This year we’ve introduced some exciting NPD whilst also consolidating our offering. 2020 is about focussing on our strengths and encouraging potential customers to engage with the brand.”
