The Chefs’ Warehouse, a distributor of specialty food products, has acquired select assets of Harris Seafood to accelerate its expansion in the southeast of the US.
Based in Orlando, Florida, Harris Seafood supplies wholesale and retail customers with a range of seafood products.
The Chefs’ Warehouse distributes more than 55,000 products to customers in the US and Canada, including restaurants, hotels, schools, bakeries and specialty food stores.

The financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Leat year, The Chefs’ Warehouse acquired protein product manufacturer and supplier Bassian Farms for an undisclosed sum.
