Boston Beer Company-owned Truly Spiked & Sparkling has capitalised on the growth of the rosé and spiked sparkling water markets by releasing a spiked rosé-flavoured sparkling water.
Truly Rosé contains is a 5% ABV drink containing 100 calories and 1g of sugar per can, and the drink is “delicately sweet, a tad tart and fruity”, with a hint of California Chardonnay grapes.
According to a survey of 1,400 consumers commisioned by the brand, 50% of drinkers desired a healthier alternative to rose wine, while the number of the number of drinkers claiming to drink spiked sparkling water/seltzer has increased 44% in the last two years.
These two factors inspired the creation of the drink, which joins the brand’s other spiked sparkling waters such as Colima lime and wild berry.

Truly Rosé is now available from selected US retailers in 12-packs, with a suggested retail price of $14.99 – $16.99.
