Unilever is set to introduce several new ice cream products across its Breyers, Good Humor, Klondike, Magnum and Popsicle brands.
The new products will be available nationwide in the US, and include two new Magnum Doubles flavours, new Breyer’s snack pots and a new Popsicle product line.
The two new fruit flavours in the Magnum Doubles range are Magnum Double Cherry Truffle and Magnum Mini Double Raspberry, which are made using Belgian chocolate and fruit flavourings.
Meanwhile, the Breyers brand is releasing a new Minis product line featuring smaller pots of its low-calorie ice cream range, which will initially feature Vanilla Cupcake and Creamy Chocolate flavours in 4oz pots, which contain 70-80 calories per serving.
Breyers is also expanding its 2in1 ice cream range with four new flavours: Oreo/Chips Ahoy!, Reese’s/Reese’s Pieces, Snickers/M&M’s, and Heath Waffle Cone, which are all blended with various Breyers ice cream flavours.
The Popsicle brand is releasing a new product line aimed at children called Popsicle Fruit Pops, which will feature four fruit flavours.
Strawberry, mango, orange and raspberry flavoured Fruit Pops will be available, all of which contain less than 45 calories and 11g of sugar.
Klondike will also release snack-sized ice creams, as the brand has introduced the Klondike Minis range, which will feature a mini Klondike Original flavour and a variant which features Reese’s ice cream.
Finally, the Good Humour brand has also collaborated with Reese’s to create the Good Humour Reese’s Dessert Bar, which features a blend of Reese’s peanut butter sauce and Good Humor cake coating.
Alfie Vivian, general manager of Unilever Refreshments said: “It’s been a lot of fun reimagining some of America’s favourite ice cream brands.
“We know people love ice cream and it makes them happy. From snackable sizes to cookie and candy mix-ins to better-for-you choices, this summer we’re introducing treats that will satisfy every ice cream lover.”
