Unilever has launched a £3.3m marketing campaign for its Stork bakery brand, including a new television advertisement.
The advertisement launched earlier this week and will air on British television for a total of eight weeks, demonstrating how the brand’s new Stork with butter offers the perfect blend of original Stork and traditional butter. The advert depicts a baker using new Stork with butter, achieving an easier mix, better rise and “light and fluffy texture” when compared to her rival, who was using conventional block butter.
The Every Cake’s a Winner campaign will be supported by digital and PR engagement, and sponsored social media activity. New Stork with butter is available in 400g tubs with a recommended retail price of £1.99.
“Home Baking is a popular pastime and our new TV advert aims to excite both the occasional baker who bakes for special occasions, as well as the 30% of consumers that regularly bake from scratch at least once a week.”
