Victoria Arduino has embarked on an international tour that will offer visitors the opportunity to preview its new VA388 Black Eagle gravimetric machine, ahead of its launch this April.
The Italian coffee machine manufacturer will offer visitors in three Australian cities the chance to preview the benefits of its new gravimetric technology, as it continues its Be-Gravi Tour. The company will visit Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne over the next ten days, before the global launch of the machine in the US next month.
The VA388 Black Eagle “grants baristas the perfect brew ratio”, Victoria Arduino said. “The information is therefore much more precise and… is not affected by other factors, such as the shape of the filter, the tamping force for the coffee.”
“The barista always has full control of each delivery, with consistency of results, repeatedly. Gravimetric technology offers a precision worthy of the best baristas, who can determine the optimal extraction condition for each type of coffee,” it added.
James Hoffmann – a former World Barista Championship winner who will join Victoria Arduino on the Australian leg of its tour – concluded: “For me, the VA388 Black Eagle is the ideal machine to control the weight of liquid in the cup to get the right consistency of espresso and ensure maximum flavour in the cup.”
