Ingredia has showcased its new Promilk range which the company says is a ‘complete range of solutions’ for dairy dessert options.
This range of functional proteins are natural, clean label, and highly functional solutions which enable consumers to provide or boost functionality, reduce syneresis and decantation and optimise the cost of recipes.
