Stephen Charles will remain as managing director of Vivreau.
Vivreau, the manufacturer of purified drinking water systems, has announced that its full integration with filtration experts Brita, following a partnership set up in 2012.
Stephen Charles will remain managing director of Vivreau UK, which is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Brita.
Charles explained: “We would like to reassure our loyal customers that their service from Vivreau will remain unchanged. Our excellent levels of customer service, the unmatched quality of our award-winning products and the overall reliability of Vivreau UK will continue ‘business as usual’.
“We are delighted that our partnership with Brita has developed into full integration. We are extremely excited for the future and to continue to grow our business within the horeca, corporate, healthcare, architecture and build sectors with the full support of Brita.”

Founded in 1989, Vivreau is the pioneer of the table water bottling system used in many leading global companies, as well as hotels and restaurants across the world. The company continues to develop new solutions for the supply of purified water, minimising unnecessary environmental costs associated with pre-bottled mineral waters.
Vivreau’s product range has expanded to include Vi tap, which dispenses mains-fed, purified and chilled still, sparkling and instant boiling hot water from one single tap with a touch sensor control and zero splash. Vivreau has grown from a small, privately owned UK company to a serious international player with operations in North America, South Africa, Australasia and several countries across Europe, and will now form a key part of the Brita Group’s operation.
