US dairy company Yooli Foods has launched a range of artisan cream cheeses, which it has billed as a ‘satisfying alternative to yogurt’.
Called Yooli Cremes, the product can be kept frozen and defrosted, or refrigerated and enjoyed cold.
The range comes in three flavours – honey lemon, strawberry, and vanilla – and is said to be 99% lactose free and gluten free.
In a statement, the company said: “This artisan-style, handcrafted snack has the perfect balance of health and taste. Yooli presents an ideal indulgent experience without the guilt.
“The soft white cheese in a cup has a mild and subtly sweet flavor. Yooli’s Cremes contain more protein per 100 grams than Greek yogurt. It is naturally high in protein with a 1:1 carb to protein ratio.
“Yooli Foods is a women-owned company committed to bringing meaningful innovation to the dairy category, while also giving back to the local community. Yooli’s products contain no artificial colours, flavors, sweeteners and are perfect for consumers looking for healthy, great tasting snacks. ”
The Yooli Cremes are now available in the US with a recommended retail price of $1.79 per cup.
