Paul Thomson, formerly head of water & environment, becomes water & environment director from 1 October 2014. A widely respected hydrogeologist, Paul is a specialist in water source development, protection and management.
Gordon Robinson, formerly operations consulting manager, was appointed regional director – Middle East & Africa from 1 July 2014. Gordon moved to Dubai in May 2013 to manage a food factory building project and lead other client projects involving market feasibility, production efficiency and construction planning.
“We are absolutely delighted that these two appointments are internal promotions,” said Zenith chairman Richard Hall. “Indeed, Gordon Robinson joined us directly from university and has just completed 10 years with the company.”
Esther Renfrew, market intelligence director since 2010, becomes a full board director with immediate effect. She manages a team of 20 market analysts as well as an international network of associates covering over 70 countries.
Kathryn Foster, financial controller, is promoted to finance director with immediate effect. In addition to responsibility for the company’s finances, she also manages the Human Resources and Information Technology departments.
Zenith International’s clients include Coca-Cola, Danone, Nestlé and PepsiCo.
