Aspall – the Suffolk-based producers of cider, vinegar and apple juice – has relaunched its pressed English apple juice in a new Tetra Pak carton.
Aspall’s apple juice “offers a taste that only comes from pressed English apples, and a history with genuine provenance and authenticity,” the brand claimed. Packaged in 1l cartons, this crisp apple juice with dry notes is made using apple varieties such as Cox, which lends sweetness; Bramley, which gives the juice sharpness; and English favourites such as Russet, Discovery, Spartan and Worcester for further character.
A single 150ml serving provides one of consumers’ five recommended daily portions of fruits and vegetables.
Aspall’s Henry Chevallier Guild said: “The secret to making good apple juice is in the blend. With nearly 300 years’ experience of pressing apples we produce this quintessentially English apple juice from a carefully selected blend of varieties with different aromas, flavours and characters.”
