Leaders in the food industry will gather to explore what food processing will look like in 2030 at the Food Manufacturing 2030 Conference at the UK’s National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Holbeach on Thursday 13 October.
Expert speakers – including Marks & Spencer’s specialist technical manager and a former group technical director for Bakkavor – will deliver insight and there will be demonstrations as attendees debate food manufacturing in 2030.
The event is designed for senior food processing and industry professionals looking to learn how robotics and automation will transform their food businesses, and is free to attend.
OAL’s robotic food processing platform, April (Automated Processing Robotic Ingredient Loading) will cook lunch, effortlessly twirling a pan around the food processing hall to combine ingredients, cook and clean with no human intervention.
