Tonks has worked hand-in-hand with First Great Western to deliver a menu with a truly West Country origin.
From fillet steak direct from the farms of Somerset to red gurnard harvested from the sea off the Devon coast, all food is cooked on board by skilled chefs, according to the company.
The Pullman service run by First Great Western is available on two evening trains from London to the West Country and two lunch time trains from the West Country into London, five days a week.
