Eden Springs has announced its acquisition of Vendomatic – Amber Café in Latvia, an OCS and vending business with 370 selling points, generating more than €760,000 revenues.
This second acquisition for Eden Springs in Latvia (following Kafijas Automati LV six months ago) has brought the company to a market share of almost 30% of the OCS and vending activities in Latvia.
"This acquisition has been timed very well when our business is presented with perfect market conditions for M&A," said Raanan Zilberman, CEO of Eden Springs. "The opportunity offered by Latvia has stepped up our total beverage solution further across Europe. Not only have we built strong foundations for future acquisitions within this region, we are reiterating our hot beverage offering to competitors by buying in coffee."
