Diageo posts a 3% rise in volume and 5% organic growth in net sales to £9.94bn for FY 2011.
China Resources Enterprise sees H1 2011 turnover climb 26.8% to HK$53.23bn, with beverage sales up 52.5%.
Co-op reported a 12% drop in underlying profits to £230.8m for the six months to 2 July. Food sales were down to £3.7bn from £3.9bn last year.
Arla has reported strong growth in the first half-year of 2011. Revenue rose by 12%, among other things due to the merger with Hansa-Milch and price increases in the market.
Pernod Ricard full-year sales totalled €7,643m (ex tax and duties), a sustained growth of +8%. Consolidated sales for the 4th quarter 2010/11 declined by a moderate -1% to €1,741m, resulting from +6% organic growth, a negative 5% foreign exchange effect and a negative 2% Group structure effect.
