“We have been offering colouring foodstuffs as part of our natural colours portfolio for years, but now we have launched a new strategy under the headline ‘Nature’s No 1’ that accentuates the importance of natural solutions in all our business areas,” said Carsten Bennike, EVP, Natural Colors Division. “We are pressing ahead full speed developing and launching new natural solutions, and our centrally located plant is well equipped for future growth within our popular FruitMax range and other natural colour solutions.”
Upon the official inauguration attended by customers, food media and local business partners, Bennike revealed that extensive plans are in place to continue upgrading the manufacturing capabilities over the next few years, including a new pilot plant during 2014.
