Den Hollander joins the country’s biggest soft drinks supplier from Young’s Seafood, where he has been CEO since 2011. Previously, he was UK managing director of its parent company Findus Group, where he also served as chief marketing officer upon joining the business in 2009.
Earlier in his career, den Hollander spent 15 years at Procter & Gamble in senior marketing positions, including leading P&G’s global household cleaners business.
He succeeds Simon Baldry, who will become vice president, digital innovation and initiatives.
