During the AGM and General Meeting, Hydropure Group’s Michael Barnett handed over the chairmanship to Angel Springs’ managing director, John Dundon. Michael has been chair of the association for 10 years, and the ceremonial gavel in the photograph was donated to the association by its founder, Peter Maddock.
Michael Barnet thanked past and present association members and talked through the milestones of the past two decades. Zenith International’s Mark Groves presented the ‘2008 Bottled Water Cooler and POU Industry Report’.
John Dundon, taking over as association chairman, looked on the bright side and closed the morning’s session with a presentation entitled: ‘Positive opportunities: it’s not all doom and gloom’.
The 20th anniversary BWCA event was sponsored by Angel Springs, Bluefin Insurance, Eden Springs, Hydropure Group, Office Watercoolers, Office Watercoolers South West and Kleena Coola.
