The brand, valued at £10m, has worked with Ten4 Design to enhance the user journey online and generate a strong integrated customer experience.
In response to user data, which indicates that 60% are accessing the Annabel Karmel website via mobile/touch devices, the website is now fully mobile responsive. Visitors to the website will experience improved usability via a simplified navigation system, clearer menus and page layouts, as well as much more accessible content.
“The Annabel Karmel website has long been a leading source of advice and cooking inspiration for parents with babies and children,” said Sarah Smith, head of PR and marketing at Annabel Karmel. “Improving its usability by making it fully responsive for mobile devices is a natural progression at a time when our target audience are using technology on-the-go to keep their busy families afloat.”
Annabel Karmel’s digital overhaul continues with a new version of Annabel’s Essential Guide to Feeding Your Baby & Toddler iPhone app.
This was led by mobile app specialists Rare Breed Digital.
