If it’s inspiration you want, it’s inspiration you’ll get at the upcoming SIAL Paris! Offering you a feast of refreshing ideas and new concepts, innovation will this year again once be at the forefront of the biggest gathering on Planet Food! From 21 to 25 October 2018, at Paris-Nord Villepinte, SIAL Paris opens its doors to 7,200 exhibitors from 109 countries and 160,000 professional visitors from all over the world.
On the menu, there will be SIAL Innovation of course! In 2016, the Grand Jury of this worldwide recognised competition bestowed 15 Grand Prix awards on the cream of the 2,188 products presented. The result: guaranteed discoveries for professionals looking for new sensations and, for the participants, a real springboard for their reputations on the export markets!
In 2018, SIAL Paris will be going even further by proposing a forecasting space called Future Lab, for discovering the stage that precedes innovation: new sources of inspiration for keeping one step ahead! Moreover, the “Alter’Native Food Forum” will have a special focus on the show, with 300+ exhibitors and daily conferences to reflect the change in the market for healthier and sustainable alternatives.
Another novelty in 2018 is a Matchmaking app making it easier to set up meets with professionals so as to maximise the opportunities for enriching exchanges. Also, to keep at the cutting-edge of food innovation, SIAL proposes a range of theme trails and guided visits. With SIAL Paris 2018, food innovation is constantly on the boil!
