Tellory, which sells its products under the Ciolo and Piccolo brands, made the following statement: “We have been approached before by companies interested in buying us, but Sartori is clearly the right fit. They understand and share our values and commitment to quality and customers.”
Sartori focuses on artisan products that include aged Italian, Hispanic and blue-veined cheese and unique cheeses such as Bellavitano. The move now gives it a presence in the fresh dip and spread market.
