Gustare – a new brand of monofloral premium raw honey produced by artisan beekeepers in Australia’s wilderness – will launch at the Speciality & Fine Foods Fair later this year.
The brand will be unveiling all five of its flavours – including its brand new manuka honey, as well as its rich, mild and delicate raw honeys – ahead of their UK release.
In addition, Gustare will be demonstrating the power of food pairing by teaming up with other artisan producers to show how beautifully their honey complements products as varied as ice cream and cheese.
Created by Paul Costa, who has been producing honey in Australia for over 20 years, and rural food expert Jason Hayward-Jones, Gustare honey offers a range of monofloral premium raw honey produced by artisan beekeepers from Australia’s pristine natural wilderness.
Gustare’s bees are never exposed to chemicals or antibiotics, increasing their natural resistance and health to provide a tastier, purer honey. Each variety is produced seasonally in its own provenance and distinctive terroir, resulting in a truly unique product, Gustare said.
Hayward-Jones will be on hand at the Speciality & Fine Foods Fair to share the story of how Gustare came to be and how the brand is preparing to embark on a new crowdfunding venture, which will give people the chance to invest in the future of the brand.
