Invicta Bakeware has extended its range of equipment for the bakery, catering and food processing sectors with the launch of a new mini loaf tin and Belgian bun tray.
The mini loaf trays are available in seven-by-seven, six-by-seven and eight-by-seven configurations, made to the standard industry tray size. There is also a smaller tray with just six mini loaf tins in a row that measures 395mm by 105mm.
The Belgian bun trays have been added in response to increased customer demand for this classic soft fruit iced bun – and contain four rows of six 100mm-diameter shallow cups within a standard 762mm by 457mm tray size. Both the new trays, together with the rest of Invicta’s range, can be manufactured to suit 800mm by 600mm or other plant requirements, the company said.
Invicta managing director John Waddington said: “We have had excellent feedback from customers who have used other trays in the Invicta range manufactured using this particular technique. This positive feedback to our research and development has prompted us to add these new products to our ‘off the shelf’ range.”
