Fonterra Co-operative has announced the appointment of Theo Spierings as its new CEO.
Michael A Clarke, executive vice president and president, Kraft Foods Europe, will leave the company in mid-August to take a senior executive position with a UK-based public company. Kraft Foods has named Timothy P Cofer to succeed Clarke.
Foster’s Group Limited appoints Andy Gibson to the role of chief marketing officer. Gibson is expected to commence in the role on 1 November 2011.
Parmalat has appointed Yvon Guérin as a member of the board of directors of the company pursuant to article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code in replacement of the resigned Olivier Savary.
Church’s Chicken announced that Joel Bulger has joined the company as senior vice president of brand marketing for the quick service restaurant chain.
Hans-Joachim Bohnert, Thomas Eller and Heinrich Sievers were nominated directors of Wild Flavors Europe GmbH by shareholders¹ resolution of 15 June 2011. Hans-Joachim Bohnert and Mark Lotsch were appointed managing directors of Rudolf Wild GmbH & Co KG.
