The World Beverage Innovation Awards 2016, which will be presented at a special ceremony as part of BrauBeviale in November, have officially opened for entries.
The awards scheme is designed to celebrate excellence and innovation across every category of the global beverage industry. With categories ranging from finished products, packaging and technology to marketing and sustainability, the awards ensure that all aspects of the beverage industry are celebrated.
In all, there are 26 individual categories and entries will close on 23 September.
The awards ceremony at BrauBeviale, in Nuremburg, Germany, will take place on 9 November.
37,000 trade visitors from Europe and the rest of the world visited last year’s show, where more than 1,000 exhibitors in eight exhibition halls presented products, solutions and trends for the production of beer, water, non-alcoholic drinks, spirits, wine, sparkling wine and liquid dairy products, according to organiser Nürnberg Messe.
