The company has also published feedback received from members of the public who have tried the product.
a2 Milk UK has acted after criticism of ITV by Ofcom following an appearance by Dannii on the Lorraine show.
Ofcom criticised ITV for allowing Dannii to endorse the product in a manner that ‘went beyond what could be justified for editorial reasons, even taking into account Dannii Minogue’s own issues with conventional milk’.
Sean Uprichard, chief executive of a2 Milk UK said: “The simple fact is that thousands of Australians tell us that a2 Milk has improved their quality of life and now many consumers are telling us it is doing the same for them here in the UK.
“Dannii Minogue is one of these people – she had discovered a2 Milk in Australia before we entered into a commercial relationship with her – so it’s no surprise that she spoke so passionately about it on TV.
“It provides a natural answer to A1 milk protein intolerance – meaning many of those people with milk issues have a new, entirely natural option, to allow them to enjoy the taste and benefit from the important nutrition delivered through cows’ milk.”
