4 Aces, based in Hertford, will buy and then supply a wide range of Paccor’s products to Paccor’s smaller and medium-sized customers.
This new partnership follows the closure of Paccor’s Veriplast factory in County Durham and the company’s subsequent investment in its Foodservice manufacturing plant in Holland.
Stuart Gray, UK sales manager for Paccor’s Foodservice division, explained: “We had rethink our distribution strategy in the UK. Whilst we are now servicing customers directly from Holland, we needed a distribution partner to help us reach our other UK clients.
“Teaming up with 4 Aces made perfect sense, as this will provide a solution to the needs of our smaller and medium-sized customers, offering flexible delivery and excellent service and product choices.
Amongst the offerings will be all sizes and variants of vending cups, PP and PS drinking cups and other foodservice products.
Chris Penn, managing director of 4 Aces added that the new partnership had already enabled 4 Aces to invest in a new 10,000 sqft distribution warehouse, next door to the company’s headquarters in Hertford.
Penn said: “This is the perfect partnership. We had been looking for a quality vending cup manufacturer for many years but were unsuccessful until now. It’s a great opportunity!
“Since the start we have focused our products and services around the water cooler industry and its specific needs for quality packaging materials. Today we stock over 30 different product types and variations for the market place.”
