The singer is now helping the Make Mine Milk campaign to spread the message that most milk is less than 2% fat.
Alexis Jordan is the latest in a series of high profile personalities to have backed the multi-million pound campaign, following in the footsteps of Gordon Ramsey and Pixie Lott, who launched Make Mine Milk in April 2010.
They have since been joined by Usher, Jenson Button, Elle Macpherson, the stars of The A-Team movie, Tess Daly, The Wanted, Rupert Grint and Ryan Reynolds.
The campaign was created by the Milk Marketing Forum, which is a consortium of leading dairy companies comprising Arla Foods UK, Dairy Crest Limited, First Milk, Milk Link and Robert Wiseman Dairies, with support provided by Dairy UK and The Dairy Council. Of the £7.5m spend, a third comes from European Commission funding.
