The creative, which launches on Boxing Day, shows how enjoying Benecol foods as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle lowers cholesterol more than healthy eating alone.
Developed by Adam & Eve, the TV campaign represents a significant investment from McNeil Nutritionals Ltd for the Benecol brand, with an estimated reach of 42 million adults to the end of January 2012.
Running from 26 December 2011, the advert will be aired on ITV stations, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky with a key focus in January. The campaign will be supported with an integrated communications campaign including radio, digital and PR.
The new creative comes as a second phase of activity since brand relaunch in September 2011 when Benecol took on a new look, with pack design highlighting taste and efficacy credentials.
